In the below video Dr. Terry Wahls gives a presentation to Direct-MS including a brief background on her own personal history with secondary-progressive multiple sclerosis and the diet/exercise methods she developed, and then goes on to report some of the preliminary results of the initial 'Wahls Protocol' clinical trial. While the video is fairly long, it is well worth your time to watch the entire video, particularly the question and answer session at the end, which is full of great information.
